Airline Support
Full range of flight operations support starting with online support thru the MyBoeingFleet web portal, all the way to one-on-one support/consultation coordinated by an Airline Support Engineer (ASE) assigned to each operator. The ASE is the primary focal for resolving customer issues/questions regarding flight operations from pre-delivery planning to in service technical support.

Data and Documents
The complete suite of flight operations documentation that each operator requires to operate their Boeing airplane in all allowable dispatch configurations. This includes type certification, flight planning, dispatch, airplane systems/operations, and pilot checklists. The data and documents can be provided in paper form or in a digital form and delivered over the web. Many are customized to reflect each operators unique airplane configuration and most are provided with on going revision service. We also provide a "Customer Originated Change" service that allows customers to modify some of the documents to fit their specific operational needs.

Performance Software
Software that helps operators get maximum performance (range, payload and fuel efficiency) from their Boeing airplane. Software is available to support analysis and planning for all phases of flight and to monitor airplane performance enroute.

Training for Performance Engineers and Dispatchers
Training courses range from "Performance Fundamentals", all the way to classes specific to an individual airplane model. Training is provided to help operators understand how to use the performance data and software that is provided with the delivery of the airplane. Training is available to all Boeing airplane operators.
